Lower-level complete renovation adding 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and exercise room. Project completed within the scheduled time-frame, even with Covid related material delays. Workmen showed up on time as scheduled and left a clean work site each day. Gary took care of all the permits and engineering work that was required. There were no unforeseen surprises. Stress free for me.

We recently hired Garry and his crew at Sterling Okanagan Builders to manage our home renovation project. We had big plans which included a large extension, a detached garage and complete interior and exterior remodelling of our dated home. The project was quite extensive and high end; and Garry delivered as promised! He was instrumental in acquiring the building permits, geo-technical surveys and a bylaw variance permit. He worked effortlessly with our design team with a keen eye to detail and excellent construction knowledge to make our vision into a tangible reality. Garry is very approachable, conscientious, and committed to making sure all details were completed to satisfaction. In fact, this is what impressed us the most. From day one, he was excited about our plans and how he could be a part of making our project a success. We would meet regularly to discuss progress and tweaks to the design and he was always available and adaptable when we made last minute changes or added new construction elements that were more advanced than the average build.
